We will log you into a demo of the second chapter: Risk Factors for Foodborne Illness which will give you a good idea how the course looks and feels. It will also give you a chance to make sure your system likes our system. If it doesn’t please comment us with the form at the bottom of this page and we’ll fix it.
Each page will consist of the main body (here in this area) with extra stuff in the side bar to the right. Those extras are not on every page but they include a search box, an audio version of the page ( great while driving!) there may be related videos from our live classes, or extra study materials or links to materials pertinent to the topic. At the end of each chapter there is a quiz to practice a bit. It’s easy to navigate so just dive in by pressing the “next” button below. There are some navigation features that are not an option in the demo version such as the linked table of contents and the drop down menu under the “Enter Course” tab at the top that will allow you to jump around the entire course. This is another unique feature of this course, study what you want when you want it, in the order you want.
